Zig+Star is a uk based children’s footwear brand focused on thoughtfully designed shoes for first walkers, infants, and juniors, with collections spanning school shoes, trainers, boots, sandals, and everyday footwear. We developed a refined Shopify ecommerce experience designed to make children’s footwear easy to discover while keeping the shopping journey simple, engaging, and parent friendly. The website was structured around intuitive shopping paths including age and size ranges, footwear types, individual styles, sale collections, and dedicated fit guidance, helping parents quickly find the right products for their children. We focused on creating a responsive storefront with clear product presentation, collection based navigation, search functionality, cart integration, international currency and country selection, and a streamlined purchasing journey across devices. The ecommerce experience also incorporates sustainability focused content, trade in services, kids’ foot health resources, loyalty features, and educational content, allowing the brand to communicate its values alongside its products. The final experience provides Zig+Star with a flexible Shopify foundation that supports international customers, expanding footwear collections, promotional campaigns, and a more convenient digital shopping experience for parents.
